Send CRMCoPilot leads anywhere with webhooks

Add a webhook URL in CRMCoPilot, then send selected leads from your search results to it: a Zapier Zap, a Make scenario, an n8n workflow or your own application.

Webhooks are included on the Platinum plan and Managed service.

Setup

Set up in a few minutes

  1. Get a webhook URLFrom the tool that will receive leads: Zapier (Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook), Make (custom webhook), n8n (Webhook node) or an endpoint in your own app. Zapier has its own guide.
  2. Add it in CRMCoPilotOpen Settings → Webhooks, click Add New Webhooks, give it a name and paste the URL. Add more than one webhook if you send to different places.
  3. Send leads from your resultsRun a search, select the leads you want and click the webhook button next to the download icon.
  4. Check the first deliveryLook at the test lead in the receiving tool and map its fields before you send more.

What arrives at your URL

The details of each lead you send, such as name, job title, company and email. Send one test lead first and map the fields exactly as they arrive.

  • DuplicatesThe email and company-domain duplicate check belongs to the native CRM exports. With a webhook, use a find-or-create step in the receiving tool.
  • Keep the URL privateAnyone who has a webhook URL can post to it. Store it like a password and replace it if it leaks.

Ideas

What you can do with webhooks

You build these workflows yourself in the receiving tool. CRMCoPilot sends the leads.

Feed an internal system

Send leads to your own database, data warehouse loader or lead-routing service.

Automate with Make or n8n

Build multi-step scenarios: enrich, route, notify and create records in other tools.

Reach CRMs without a native connection

Pass leads to any CRM that can receive webhooks or has a Zapier or Make integration.

Notify your team

Trigger a chat message or task whenever someone sends leads.

Native or webhook?

Using one of our five CRMs? Connect it directly.

GoHighLevel, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, HubSpot and Salesforce connect natively from Settings → Integrations, with no Zapier step. Native exports also check for duplicates, assign an owner and work with Autopilot schedules.

Not available yet

What this doesn't do today

  • Receiving data into CRMCoPilot. These webhooks are outbound: CRMCoPilot sends leads to your URL.
  • Webhooks on the Free, Silver or Gold plans. Those plans export with CSV or a native CRM connection.

Webhooks questions

Which plan includes webhooks?

The Platinum plan and the Managed service. Platinum also includes API access.

Where do I set webhooks up?

In the CRMCoPilot app under Settings → Webhooks. Click Add New Webhooks, then enter a name and the URL.

How do I send leads to a webhook?

Select leads in your search results and click the webhook button next to the download icon.

Which fields does each lead include?

The lead's details, such as name, job title, company and email. Send one test lead and check what arrives before you map fields.

Should I use a webhook or a native CRM connection?

If you use GoHighLevel, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, HubSpot or Salesforce, connect it natively: you get duplicate checks, owner assignment and Autopilot delivery. Use webhooks for everything else.
