Yes. The free plan includes 5 credits a week, one AI agent and the Today page, and needs no credit card. Platinum also comes with a 7-day free trial.

Most actions cost 1 credit, and only when they return a result. Unlocking a work email costs 1 credit, a phone number costs 5 phone credits, and verifying an email costs 0.1 credit. Searching, your Today list, agents finding leads and sending your own emails don't use credits.

No. Your plan's credits refresh at the start of each billing period, and unused plan credits don't roll over. Credit packs you buy are separate from your plan allowance and last 12 months.

Agent Studio leads cost 10 credits and are fully refunded if you mark the lead wrong, already a customer, or the wrong person. Email unlocks only cost a credit when an email is actually found.

Yes. Manage or cancel your plan from your account. Plans stay active until the end of the period you've paid for: the month on monthly billing, the year on annual billing. You can ask for a refund of your first payment within 30 days; see the subscription terms.

No. Every plan includes a daily AI allowance that powers pitches, sequences and video scripts. You only use credits if you go beyond the daily allowance.

No. Every supported CRM connects natively from Settings → Integrations using the CRM's own sign-in (OAuth). There are no API keys to copy.

Open Settings → Integrations in the CRMCoPilot app, click Connect next to your CRM, sign in and approve access. Then choose it as the destination when you export from results or in an Autopilot agent.

Before exporting, CRMCoPilot checks for existing records by email and company domain. We also recommend keeping your CRM's own duplicate rules switched on.

An Autopilot agent runs a saved search on the days and time you choose, verifies new emails, and delivers a set number of leads per day into the CRM you pick, assigned to a fixed owner or round-robin. Autopilot is included in paid plans.

Today the agency runs CRMCoPilot and clients see the results in their own GoHighLevel location. Separate client logins are not available yet.

B2B outreach is regulated (for example by CAN-SPAM and GDPR). Send only relevant business messages, include an opt-out, and honour removal requests. Email sequences stop automatically when a prospect replies.
