Salesforce questions

Do I need Zapier or Make?

No. Salesforce connects natively from Settings → Integrations using Salesforce's own sign-in.

Will it create duplicates?

CRMCoPilot checks for an existing record by email and company domain before exporting. Keep Salesforce's duplicate rules on as a second safeguard.

Can I use Salesforce alongside another CRM?

Yes. Connect Salesforce together with GoHighLevel, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive or HubSpot, and pick the destination per search or Autopilot agent.
