Effective November 6, 2026.

These Application Terms of Service (“Application Terms”) govern your use of the CRMCoPilot application, including the web app, its integrations with other services, and any version of CRMCoPilot installed from a marketplace (together, the “Application”). The Application is provided by CRMCopilot.Ai (“CRMCoPilot”, “we”, “us”), 145 Beach Street, Staten Island, NY 10305, USA.

These Application Terms form part of our Terms and Conditions, together with our Subscription, Billing and Data Use Terms and our Application Privacy Policy. If they differ, these Application Terms apply to the Application, except that the Subscription, Billing and Data Use Terms apply to billing, credits and use of contact data.

1. Accepting these terms

  • By creating an account, installing the Application or connecting it to another service, you agree to these Application Terms. If you use the Application for a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it, and “you” includes that company.
  • The Application is for business use only. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.

2. Your account

  • Give accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your sign-in details secure. Each seat is for one person; don’t share logins.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by people you add to your team. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think your account has been used without permission.

3. Connecting other services

  • The Application connects to services you choose, such as GoHighLevel, Zoho CRM, Zoho SalesIQ, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Gmail and Meet Alfred. When you connect one, you authorize us to access it on your behalf with the permissions shown on its consent screen, and to read and write data there as needed for the features you use.
  • You confirm you have the right to connect each service and to let us access its data.
  • Your use of each connected service is governed by that service’s own terms. We are not responsible for connected services, their availability, or changes they make that affect the Application.
  • CRMCoPilot is an independent product. It is not made, endorsed or supported by the providers of the services it connects to, and their names are trademarks of their owners.
  • You can disconnect a service at any time in Settings → Integrations or from that service’s settings. Some features stop working when a service is disconnected.

4. What the Application does in your connected accounts

  • The Application creates and updates records in your CRM when you export leads, and when Autopilot agents, sequences or other automations you set up run. Before exporting, it checks for existing records by email and company domain.
  • You control what is sent: you choose the destination CRM or location, owners or round-robin assignment, schedules, leads per day and other settings. Review these settings before you turn on an automation.
  • When you connect Gmail, the Application sends the emails you or your sequences send, from your account, and reads replies in those threads.
  • Keep your own backups of important CRM data. We are not responsible for changes the Application makes in your accounts as a result of your settings or instructions.

5. Your data

  • You own the data you put into the Application and the data in your connected accounts (“Your Data”).
  • You give us permission to host, copy, process, transmit and display Your Data only as needed to provide, secure, support and improve the Application, as described in the Application Privacy Policy.
  • You are responsible for Your Data and for having the rights and any consents needed to use it and to contact the people in it.

6. Contact data and outreach

  • Contact and company data from our database is licensed to you for your own business’s sales, marketing and recruiting, as set out in section 6 of the Subscription, Billing and Data Use Terms. You may not resell, publish or redistribute it, or use it to build a competing database or service.
  • You are responsible for your outreach and must follow the laws that apply to it, including CAN-SPAM, the TCPA and, where they apply, GDPR and similar privacy laws. Include an opt-out and honor removal requests promptly.
  • You must also follow the sending rules of your email provider and of any connected service.

7. AI features

  • Some features use AI to generate search results, scores, research, email and video scripts, sequences, agents and answers. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Review AI output before you rely on it or send it. You are responsible for the messages you send and the decisions you make.
  • Subject to these terms, you may use the output generated for you in your business.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Application for spam, harassment, deceptive messages or any unlawful purpose;
  • send messages that impersonate others or hide who you are;
  • scrape, copy or bulk-download the Application or its data, or try to get around credit limits, rate limits or security measures;
  • reverse engineer the Application, except where the law allows it despite this restriction;
  • resell, sublicense or provide access to the Application to others without our written permission;
  • upload malware or interfere with the Application, our systems or other users;
  • use the Application to process sensitive data such as health, financial account or government ID information about prospects; or
  • use the Application in breach of the terms of a connected service.

9. Our rights

  • We and our licensors own the Application, including its software, design, content and trademarks. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Application during your subscription, under these terms.
  • If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
  • We may change, add or remove features. If we remove a major feature of your paid plan, we will tell you in advance.

10. Suspension and termination

  • You can stop using the Application, disconnect services and cancel your subscription at any time, as described in the Subscription, Billing and Data Use Terms.
  • We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if your use creates a security or legal risk, or if required by law. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
  • When your account ends, your right to use the Application ends. You can ask us to delete your data as described in the Application Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should continue (including 5, 6, 9, 11, 12, 13 and 14) survive.

11. Disclaimers

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free, that contact data is complete or current, that emails will be delivered, or that you will get any particular sales result.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Application is limited to the amount you paid us for the Application in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations or to your breach of section 6 or 8.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Data, your outreach, your use of connected services, or your breach of these terms or the law.

14. Governing law

These Application Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you are based gives you a right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Application Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and if the changes are significant we will tell you by email or in the Application before they take effect. Continuing to use the Application after that means you accept the new terms.
