Effective October 28, 2026.

These terms apply to CRMCoPilot subscriptions and form part of the Terms and Conditions. CRMCoPilot is provided by CRMCopilot.Ai, 145 Beach Street, Staten Island, NY 10305, USA.

1. Plans and automatic renewal

  • Paid plans (Silver, Gold and Platinum) are subscriptions billed in advance, either monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you subscribe.
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, for the same period, and your payment method is charged the then-current price until you cancel.
  • We will tell you about price changes at least 30 days before they apply to your next renewal.

2. Free plan and free trials

  • The free plan costs $0, includes 5 credits a week and requires no payment method.
  • The Platinum plan includes a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and your payment method is charged at the end of the trial.

3. Cancelling

  • You can cancel at any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for: the month on monthly billing, the year on annual billing.
  • If you are not satisfied with a new paid subscription, you can ask for a refund of your first payment within 30 days of that payment by emailing [email protected]. Renewal payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

4. Credits

  • Your plan’s credits refresh at the start of each billing period. Unused plan credits expire at the end of the billing period and don’t roll over.
  • Credit packs you buy are separate from your plan allowance. Credit packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
  • Most actions only use credits when they return a result, as listed on the pricing page. Agent Studio leads cost 10 credits and are refunded in credits if you mark a lead wrong, already a customer, or the wrong person.

5. Done For You services

Done For You and managed services are provided under a separate order or service agreement, which sets out the scope, term, renewal, cancellation and any service commitments. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies to those services.

6. How you may use contact data

  • Contact and company data you access through CRMCoPilot is licensed to you for your own business’s sales, marketing and recruiting. You may store it in your own CRM.
  • You may not resell, publish, share or redistribute the data, or use it to build a competing database or service.
  • You are responsible for your outreach and must follow the laws that apply to it, including CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, and, where they apply, GDPR and similar privacy laws. Contact people for relevant business reasons, include an opt-out, and honor removal requests promptly.
  • We may suspend or close accounts used for spam, harassment or other unlawful outreach. Fees and credits are not refunded when an account is closed for breaking these terms.

7. Accounts and seats

  • Each seat is for one person. Don’t share logins; add seats for additional users.
  • Don’t scrape, copy or resell access to the service, or try to get around credit limits.
