Objective

The goal is to seamlessly transfer leads discovered using CRMCoPilot.AI into Pipedrive CRM using Zapier or Make.com. This integration ensures that every new lead generated in CRMCoPilot.AI is automatically captured in Pipedrive as a Contact or a Lead, reducing manual data entry and improving workflow efficiency.

Method 1: Using Zapier to Send CRMCoPilot.AI Leads to Pipedrive

Step 1: Set Up a Webhook in Zapier

1. Log in to Zapier and click on “Create a Zap”.
2. Choose “Webhooks by Zapier” as the trigger app.
3. Under Trigger Event, select “Catch Hook” and click Continue.
4. Zapier will generate a Webhook URL—copy this URL.
5. In CRMCoPilot.AI, set up a webhook to send lead data to this URL (or use Postman to test).
6. Click Test Trigger in Zapier to verify that data is being received.

Step 2: Send the Lead to Pipedrive

1. Click the “+” button to add an action step.
2. Search for “Pipedrive” and select it as the action app.
3. Under Action Event, choose either:
   • “Create Person” → if you want to add leads as contacts
   • “Create Lead” → if you want to track them as sales leads
4. Click Continue and connect your Pipedrive account.
5. Map the data from the webhook to the appropriate Pipedrive fields (e.g., Name, Email, Phone, Company, etc.).
6. Click Test & Continue to ensure the lead is properly created in Pipedrive.
7. Once the test is successful, turn on the Zap to activate automation

Step 3: Insert the Webhook URL in Zapier in CRMCoPilot.AI

1. Goto: https://production.crmcopilot.ai/setting?tab=webhooks
2. Click Add New Webhooks, and Enter the Name of your Webhook
3. Copy and Paste the Webhook URL from Zapier in the Webhook URL field.

Step 4: Search for Your Leads and Send To PipeDrive Using the Webhook Icon

1. Goto: https://production.crmcopilot.ai/setting?tab=webhooks
2. Click Add New Webhooks, and Enter the Name of your Webhook
3. Copy and Paste the Webhook URL from Zapier in the Webhook URL field.

Step 5: Run Your Search, and Click The Webhook Icon

1. Goto run your standard search: https://production.crmcopilot.ai/sales
2. When your search results appear, just select the lead you want to export to PipeDrive, then click the webhook button that is next to the download icon.
3. Your lead will be imported into Pipedrive automatically.
